1-on-1 Healing Centered Coaching

We create spaces for healing and growth aligned with purpose. We believe everyone has the innate wisdom needed to solve our own problems when we allow ourselves the time to tap into it. With the permission to slow down and pause, center in our most core truths, and desires for our families, our communities and this world, we are able to get curious to what might be in the way of our goals or visions. Often emotions are the way forward.

Through healing centered coaching, circles, deep dive unlearning programs, and collaboration spaces, we are actively co-creating ways of being centered in community care and accountability, truth telling and strengthening our unique thread in the cloth of society to create change.

In collaboration with Kevin Grant through EKG Trainings, we provide staff development trainings, process groups and retreats to support the cohesion of teams and centering the wisdom of lived experience and those most impacted. We train on topics such as Healthy Boundaries, Merging Academic/Administrative culture with Lived Experience Culture, Workplace Integrity, Team Cohesion Retreats, Anger Management, Substance Use Disorder, and many more topics.

Organizational Trainings

A monthly workshop for white-identified anti-racists looking to deepen their impact in racial justice and strengthen their authentic power to interrupt harm, mobilize community and resources, and be a part of transforming systems and institutions toward collective liberation.

Topics include:

• Inviting curiosity and insight into the challenges of meaningful impact. Building belonging and shared purpose in racial justice & healing.

• Choices that we make with personal resources, and what can get in the way of acting in line with our values (i.e. investments, housing, reparations, redistribution and more)

• Practicing and building skills in courageous conversations that can influence our community (with family, peers, workplaces, etc.)

• Recognizing cycles of overwhelm, burnout, withdraw or avoidance and creating new sustainable patterns of engagement

• The spiritual foundation of anti-racist work
